z Score Calculators

If you have ordered a repeat test for any of our PT samples, and need to calculate your z-score, please click on the relevant link below depending upon the type of analysis carried out (chemistry or microbiology) and follow the instructions in the downloaded spreadsheet.
If you miss the results deadline and still need to calculate your z-score you may still use the calculator, but you will need the assigned value and standard deviation for proficiency testing contained in the full report, so this must be available on the website before you can use the calculator.

Quality Management

To access the appropriate QM assigned values & reports please enter your Lab ID and email address which can be found on your participants schedule in the boxes below. Failure to enter the correct Lab ID and email address will prevent you from accessing the assigned values and reports.

LGC

The appropriate LGC reports will be sent to participants by email (where the participant has provided an email address) within 10 working days from the result deadline. Hard copy reports, where requested (additional charge applies), will be despatched within 15 working days.

Aquacheck

The appropriate Aquacheck reports are issued within 4 working days of the reporting deadline. Reports are issued using the Aquacheck reporting software ADARS. Paper and PDF reports are available on request at an extra charge.
